I am a retired senior, diagnosed with cancer, homebound, living alone, who discovered that over $600 for 28 international telephone calls
(to Jamaica) were being charged to my landline autopay account.
There is no evidence oy my having ever made an international telephone call in my life per a review of previous billing statements dating back several years. No one has been in my home.
AT+T would not acknowledge a victim of fraud report as valid.
No one other than myself has had access to the landline phone next to my bed, to which I am confined, on which the call were allegedly made.
